Island Marketing Clinic is delighted to be participating on the UK Government’s Help to Grow programme.
The course, which is delivered by a number of top business schools in the UK including Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University, is targeted at business leaders, like you, with a view to helping you boost performance and resilience.
Recognising the busy lives that we all lead, the programme includes only one session a week, spread over 12 weeks.
The programme includes three key elements: 50 hours’ worth of online and face-to-face training sessions, which are delivered by a select number of business schools; 10 hours’ worth of one-to-one mentoring – delivered by experienced mentors such as myself – and peer to peer networking.
The programme is heavily subsidised by the UK Government – meaning that you’ll end up paying only £750 – so this is an opportunity that you’d be foolish to miss out on if you want to develop the skillset and insights needed to boost growth in 2023.
To be eligible, you’ll need to satisfy three key criteria. You’ll need to
- Work for a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise based in the United Kingdom
- Employ between 5 and 249 employees
- Be a member of the senior leadership team and have direct reports
