Conference highlights the practical support mechanisms available to help Irish businesses navigate Brexit
Companies across Ireland are being urged to avail of the support mechanisms in place to help them prepare for Brexit.

It is estimated that 98% of SMEs across the island have yet to begin planning for Brexit.
Experts including Vincent Power of A&L Goodbody were at pains to point out that, with the very real prospect of an asymmetric trading arrangement looming, now’s the time for Irish and Northern Irish businesses to get their acts together and plan for foreseeable scenarios.
Experts were on hand to outline some possible implications, from preparing for diverse customs and VAT arrangements to ensuring that EU foreign national employees are able to stay in Northern Ireland and continue to make vital contributions to the organisations they work for.
